Acceptance

By using the services provided by this project ("Minerva", "Hermes", "Virtually Real"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Service Description

This project provides integrated Google Workspace functionality — including Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets access — as part of a personal infrastructure stack for the Virtually Real RPG development and associated systems. Services are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantees.

User Responsibilities

• You must have the authority to grant the OAuth permissions requested
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own credentials

Data & Privacy

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. This service does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

This service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access due to compromised user credentials.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
