Overview

This project ("Minerva" / "Hermes" / "Virtually Real") uses Google OAuth 2.0 to integrate with Google Workspace APIs — specifically Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. This privacy policy explains what data is accessed and how it is used.

Data Accessed

The OAuth integration may access the following types of data via the Google APIs:

• Gmail: Send and read email messages. Used exclusively for automated notification delivery and system-to-user communication.
• Google Drive: List, read, and upload files. Used for project file management and backup workflows.
• Google Docs & Sheets: Create, read, and edit documents and spreadsheets. Used for content generation and data management related to the Virtually Real RPG project and associated systems.

How Data Is Used

All accessed data is used exclusively for the operation and integration of personal projects owned and operated by the developer:

• Automated email notifications from system agents
• File management and synchronization across project systems
• Content creation for the Virtually Real RPG website and documentation

No data is shared with third parties. Data is never sold, rented, or transmitted to external services beyond what is necessary for the Google API calls themselves.

Data Storage

OAuth tokens are stored locally on privately owned servers and devices. No tokens or user data are stored on shared or public infrastructure. Revocation of the OAuth grant at any time will immediately terminate all data access.

This policy may be updated as project scope changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

This is a personal project OAuth application. Users are limited to the developer and their associates.
